Referral program terms and conditions
The Plateau Pools & Spas (Plateau Pools Limited) Referral Program makes it easy to share a poolside lifestyle with your friends and colleagues and get rewarded at the same time. For every friend or colleague that you refer who becomes a paying Plateau Pools & Spas customer, you will both (referrer and referral recipient) be eligible for a free HOUE - CLICK Sunlounger and HOUE - EYELIT Outdoor Tray Table (the ‘reward’).
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Program -
You (the ‘referrer’) and the ‘referral recipient’ must inform us via email notification that the referral has come via you in order to be eligible for the reward. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your name to your referral recipient as the referrer.
Your friends or colleagues who have been referred will receive 1 x HOUE - CLICK Sunlounger (valued at $1,089.00 incl) and 1 x HOUE - EYELIT Outdoor Tray Table (valued at $349.00 incl), subject to availability.
As the referrer, you will receive 1 x HOUE - CLICK Sunlounger (valued at $1,089.00 incl) and 1 x HOUE - EYELIT Outdoor Tray Table (valued at $349.00 incl), subject to availability, for each new customer you refer who signs up for a new pool build (minimum project spend of $60,000 incl).
The reward will be supplied to both the referrer and referral recipient at completion of the project / new pool build and final payment of contract price.
Subsequent referrals (following the first) may be eligible for other furniture from the HOUE range to the same or lesser value, subject to approval and availability.
Referral program rewards do not count for referrals that may have been made prior to the launch of the Program.
If, for any reason, outside our reasonable control, the reward is unable to be supplied, Plateau Pools & Spas reserves the right to substitute a different reward of equal value.
Plateau Pools & Spas reserves the right to terminate a user’s involvement in the Program if Plateau Pools & Spas suspects that there is some abuse of the Program.
Plateau Pools & Spas may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing.
Plateau Pools & Spas reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Program at any time.
Plateau Pools Limited reserves the right to refuse this offer to any customer on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in this offer, a customer is indicating his/her agreement and is bound by these terms and conditions.
